Pan Marine Strengthens Greek–Egyptian Maritime Cooperation

Date: January 26, 2026

Last week, Pan Marine took part in a high‑level meeting at the Greek Ministry of Maritime Affairs, following Minister Vassilis Kikilias’s recent visit to Cairo.

Our Vice President, Marwan El Shazly, joined the Egyptian Ministry of Transport delegation led by Rear Admiral Sherif Zakaria to advance strategic cooperation in maritime transport and explore new ferry connections between Egypt and Greece.

A key milestone of this partnership will be the upcoming Memorandum of Cooperation between Pan Marine and the Patras Port Authority, facilitating new passenger and freight routes that support the growing trade and mobility between both nations.

At Pan Marine, we remain committed to positioning Egypt’s maritime sector at the forefront globally, supporting international trade, keeping the world moving, and continuously driving progress in our industry. We look forward to achieving new milestones as we drive the transformation of regional and global maritime transport.
