Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
• Properly store items in designated locations, ensuring easy retrieval
• Maintain accurate inventory records company’s system
• Prepare and dispatch goods according to orders
• Conduct regular stock checks and perform inventory audits
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Handle damaged or expired items appropriately
• Report on stock levels, discrepancies, and other relevant issues to direct manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 2-year experience as a warehouse keeper or similar role
• Good organizational and inventory management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
