Responsibilitie

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
  • Manage cloud-based services and support hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Manage, install , troubleshoot EXSI hosts and vms
  • Monitor server performance, system health, and resource utilization to ensure high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, Microsoft 365, and enterprise application issues.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, patch management, and user access controls.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, servers, and enterprise applications
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure documentation, policies, procedures, and asset records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT services and support.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry best practices
  • Ensure daily , weekly and monthly backups 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a similar IT role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
  • Experience managing VMware ESXi hosts, virtual machines, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity controls, backup solutions, and patch management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Good understanding of IT security, infrastructure best practices, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Azure, or Security+) are a plus.
