Pan Marine is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to manage financial operations and contribute to the success of our maritime services

Responsibilities

  • Revise and record Liner SOA
  • Manage the full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and review complex journal entries (accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transfers)
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of Quarterly financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and automate manual processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Documentation, Liner Accounting) to resolve accounting discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 4 - 6 years of experience as an accountant, shipping line experience is a must
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced experience in excel
  • Able to work under pressure
