Join Pan Marine Shipping Services, agents of ESL, as a Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering strong client relationships within the shipping industry

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the HQ regarding customers target rates for all types of cargo (DR – FR – OT)
  • Coordinate between customers and sales team
  • Report customer complains to direct manager and HQ to handle the situation
  • Draft and present shipment reports
  • Amend B/Ls and deliver invoices amendments in case of discrepancy
  • Assist import/export sales if needed
  • Create export offer on system upon receiving sales team instructions
  • Report vessel booking report (containers status, cancelled, or rolled over bookings)
  • Send email to documentation team to create bookings on the system
  • Follow the customers to serve the first available vessel
  • Cooperate with the operations team if is any stuffing inside the port
  • Cooperate with the operations team if any Imo shipments (dangerous goods) will be loaded on vessel or any special equipment
  • Covering any of the sales team in case of absence or in a meeting
  • Create an up-to-date report for each vessel booking, created, rolled, cancelled, or pending to be shared with the sales manager upon request

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant filed
  • From 1-2 years' experience in same position
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
