Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to reefer containers, including refrigeration systems, electrical faults, and sensor problems.
  • Perform repairs or coordinate with reefer technicians to fix malfunctions.
  • Ensure that all reefer units meet safety and regulatory requirements for refrigeration.
  • Implement procedures to prevent cargo spoilage and maintain temperature integrity during transport.
  • Lead the reefer technician team in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Provide technical guidance and training for technicians on reefer system updates and procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on reefer performance, breakdowns, and repair actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • From 0-3 Years of Experience in same position
  • Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
