Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Projects, etc.) based on client needs.
  • Perform data migration, testing, and system validation before go-live.
  • Provide technical and functional support during and after implementation.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user manuals, and documentation.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure proper system adoption.
  • Coordinate with the development team for customizations and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation and post-deployment.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
  • Continuously evaluate system performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Projects, etc.).
  • Understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training delivery.
  • Ability to prepare clear documentation, SOPs, and training guides.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
