Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders across Pan Marine Group.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Configure and support Odoo modules based on business requirements and best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis between business needs and standard Odoo functionality, recommending configuration or customization solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into system solutions and review deliverables.
• Support integration of Odoo with other internal systems and third-party applications.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare user manuals, deliver end-user training, and provide post-implementation support.
• Monitor enhancement requests, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on Odoo releases, new features, and industry best practices to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
• Support software and ERP projects from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant,
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong knowledge of two or more modules, such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, or POS
• Familiarity with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions is preferred.
• Ability to prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
