Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media)
- Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media graphics) that resonates with our target audience
- Schedule and handle social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries
- Coordinate with graphic designer the needed materials to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Assist with maintaining and updating our company website
- Support and coordinate exhibitions, conferences requirements and other industry events
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketing materials suppliers
- Research and identify upcoming maritime industry exhibitions (local and global) that align with our company's target audience
- Coordinate with vendors for printed and online advertising
- Track and handle marketing spend with related parties
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
- Document all contracts and invoices related to marketing companies
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in a relevant filed
- From 1-2 years' experience in same position
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and best practices
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Mastering computer skills (Word, Excel, power point, outlook, etc.)
