Join Pan Marine Group as Our Next Financial Auditor

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the physical count of fixed assets and ensure reconciliation with Odoo records, including reviewing all fixed asset additions and movements
  • Supervise the inventory count process and identify variances monthly
  • Conduct cash counts for branch cash registers and reconcile balances with Odoo records
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, including verification of outstanding checks
  • Review supplier account closings and settlements, ensuring payments comply with the approved credit policy
  • Review and reconcile employee petty cash accounts
  • Review customer account closings and collections to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Review related party balance confirmations and ensure proper treatment in the financial records
  • Review and settle debit and credit account balances to ensure correct posting and classification
  • Review the closing of operations and verify gross profit or loss per operation
  • Ensure full compliance with the approved financial policies and procedures
  • Review the closing of financial statements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • IFRS Certification (International Financial Reporting Standards) is required
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
