Pan Marine Shipping Services is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Section Head to lead and manage all aspects of our RORO project's logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships by overseeing all aspects of the export process and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibility:

• Manage and lead Export Team
• Act as a linking pin between management and staff
• Follow-up on working procedures upon request is received till the end of the process
• Follow-up on the proper data entry on the system for each shipment and ensure all export team follow the filing procedure, soft ware updates on timely manners
• Support export team in solving any operational problem
• Handle all new clients first shipment(s) coordinating with the team and defining the proper standard of operations
• Prepare reports as per management requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related filed
• 7+ years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
