Pan Marine Shipping Services is pleased to offer a career opportunity for a Documentation and Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle on daily basis the export/import counter tasks (issuing S/O, D/O, printing invoices, issuing OBL, …etc.).
  • Create BL draft upon receiving the final shipping declaration from customers.
  • Handle customers’ inquiries through email, landline, mobile, WhatsApp business.
  • Send arrival notifications to consignees.
  • Build excellent business relationships with customers.
  • Create new export bookings.
  • Issue D/O to customers after collecting all needed documents and charges.
  • Send long staying alert and contact customer to clear long staying shipment.
  • Professionally use all features of the main system and the local system (Odoo) including data entry.
  • Organize a filling system for all related documents to department activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
